The launch of a new club crest for season 2013/14 was met with revolt, with 24,000 Evertonian fans complaining by petition.
In response, we worked with Everton Football Club to undertake the world’s largest consultation exercise with football fans.
We developed five distinct phases of consultation and creative development and testing.
Through this thorough process within a quick turnaround period, we produced new designs for consideration, engaging fans in a selection process to determine the final creative route.
