Challenge: To create a bold campaign for Neurodiversity Week celebrating neurodiversity, raising awareness of the unique strengths and challenges faced by neurodiverse individuals, and promoting The Brain Charity’s services. It was essential for the campaign to remain true to the realities of living with neurodivergent conditions while capturing a wide range of emotions.
Solution: We worked closely with the client to develop their initial ideas, collaborating with individuals from across the neurodiverse community to ensure authenticity and inclusivity. The result was “Great Minds Don’t Think Alike,” a vibrant campaign featuring impactful posters and dynamic digital animations. The messaging highlighted the diversity across over 600 neurodivergent conditions, and showcased the client’s practical support, emotional services, and corporate inclusivity workshops.
Result: The campaign successfully raised awareness for both Neurodiversity Week and the client’s broader services. It sparked meaningful conversations and strengthened their position as champions for neurodiversity in the workplace.
