Talent Match delivers a unique and effective employability programme, tailored to people aged 15-29. Talent Match is part of Merseyside Youth Association (MYA) and we've worked with them since 2015. Their programme sees young people receiving intensive mentorship with the ability to access experiences from work placements to adventure weekends - and everything in between.

MYA had recently gone through a brand refresh process and Talent Match were looking to update their identity and align it to the new MYA brand.

We designed the TM brandmark to create a flexible graphic library that works across all Talent Match’s marketing materials.

The logo uses Alias, a clean and modern variable font, allowing easy weight adjustments between the two words. This creates a solid panoramic look while also enabling a simple stacked variant.

Talent Match engages with young, sometimes vulnerable, people that need help or support finding a purpose that resonates with them. The palette uses purple and blue which are considered to be calming (purple) and trusted (blue) to build a safe and open aesthetic.
